Terms & Conditions

We will try and make your Barrington Pottery experience as nice as possible, being a small business we are able to accommodate customers on a more personal and friendly basis but in certain areas we have found that structed guidelines have to be maintained.

Should you wish to return any item for whatever reason please give us a call so we can talk it through with you on: 01460 249647 and we will be happy to help.

Our terms and conditions are governed by UK or English jurisdiction.

Lessons 

Each of our lessons will now have it's own particular T&C's, this is following guidence from the Levels & Moors rural community support group in Somerset that have helped us with funding to get these courses up and running.  

Your booking is considered confirmed when payment is made.

Vouchers are valid for 13 months.

Refund / Cancellation policy.

There is no refund for vouchers purchased nor are they exchangeable of value for pottery items in store or online

A refund will only be given if your booking can be filled minus £15.00 admin fee.

Less than 48 hours notice - no refund. ( In certain circumstances we are happy to help)

Failure to attend a booked date- no refund

Any lessons missed on a course will not be refunded.

Unused Vouchers will not be refunded.

If you wish to transfer your voucher to someone else before the expiry date this is fine!

Changing your booked date.

We try to be as flexible as we can but if you change your original date and are unable to make the new date you have requested, due to high demand for spaces no further dates will be offered and no refund will be given. 

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 ("Distance Selling Regulations"), you may cancel your purchase of a course within a period of 7 working days beginning on the day after we receive your payment. However, there is no right of cancellation where the course begins within this seven day period.

Having fun is compulsory!
