Making bread in a hand made bread Pancheon is a great pleasure in itself, and gives the process a real artisan feel.
We make our traditional style Pancheons in two main sizes, the large ones are 14" wide and the medium size are 12" wide,
both sizes are plenty big enough for making your loaf or Pizza dough. I make the Pizza dough on a regular basis using a recipe
from the River Cottage Handbook No:3 Bread.
