Large Serving-Baking Dish

These large serving dishes have always been a favourite of mine, and I really enjoy making them, they are a challenge to make, but I love seeing them being used. What I love about these, is that in the winter they are robust enough to bake a hearty family meal and serve it onto the table straight from the oven, a real delight. 

In the summer you can fill it full of salad on a beautiful summers day.

A family loved gem that will last for years and be remembered as being at the centre of great family meals.
